All of our gaming platforms and cornbags meet or exceed the specifications outlined by the American Cornhole Association for cornhole gaming equipment. As well, we've put a substantial amount of time and money in engineering our product. You see, we love to play the game as much as we love making the game. Some of the engineering features we've incorporated in our cornhole platforms is as follows.

-Full 3/4" thick (not 1/2" like most others) Cabinet Grade Birch Plywood is used to construct the entire game board. That includes the board top, the side frame, the legs, and scoreboards. Using full 3/4" thick material ensures you have a solid and true game surface
that eliminates annoying "bounce" and "board-walking". Plywood set on its' side vertically (our sideframe and legs) is 10 times stronger than dimensional lumber such as 2 x4's
and 1 x 4's. Not only does it provide much more strength, but the cabinet-grade plywood provides a surface that paints and finishes beautifully. Also note that our game platforms
are all full size (24 inches wide x 48 inches long) as outlined by the American Cornhole Association. All of our game platforms include folding and locking legs, as well as a solid oak carrying handle for very easy transport and storage.

-Pocket-Hole Screw technology has been employed in the cabinet-making industry for decades. We've also employed the same technology to assemble our product. Every joint is glued with Gorilla Wood Glue (the strongest on the market) and pocket-hole screwed with corrosion-resistant exterior grade screws. This provides an assembly that outwardly shows no fasteners (i.e. no screw or nail heads), and will withstand many years of heavy use. If you take care of your boards as we recommend, they will virtually last a lifetime.

-Our leg sets probably look fairly simple at first glance, but we've taken great care to make them perform at their peak. The "girder" (the piece that connects the legs together) has been constructed in a way that eliminates "false cornholes" during the play of the game. That is to say, a bag that is thrown and slides off the back of the board is completely prevented from landing underneath the board, thus eliminating mistaken cornholes from being scored. As well, you will outwardly see no fasteners (screws, etc.) when the board is set up, with the exception of the bolt that attaches the leg set to the cornhole platform. Also, the angle at which the legs sit when the board is set up contributes to the "Platform Stabilization Technology" that we've incorporated into the entire platform. Lastly, our leg sets fold up into the gaming platform and "lock" into place for easy transport and storage.

-All paint used is a high-grade acrylic-laquer automotive paint. This provides a tough finish that is shiny and glossy. All decals are made from heavy-guage vinyl to provide lasting durability for heavy use. To top it all off, after the paint and decals have been applied, our gaming platforms and scoreboards are coated with a high-build nitrocellulose lacquer finish. We spray 6 coats of lacquer, and then high-speed buff the product for a superior shine and gloss. The pictures in this site do not do justice to the finish we put on our product. We've had many-a-customer that has gasped at the finish on their new boards, excaliming "It looks like a shiny, new guitar!" Seriously folks, it's a fact.

-Whether you buy our Tournament Cornbags or the Personalized Canvas Cornbags, you have a superior bag to toss. The Tournament Cornbags have combination-stitched seams, and the Canvas Cornbags have triple-straight-stitched seams. This makes the seams very strong to resist breakage. The Tournament Cornbags are constructed of a durable 12 oz duckcloth (canvas) material on one side, and durable microfiber suede upholstery material on the other. If you throw the Tournament Bag with the duckcloth side down, you'll get great "slide" on your shot. Conversely, if you throw the Tournament Bag with the microfiber side down, you will get a superior "gripping or sticking" action on your shot. The Personalized Canvas Cornbags are made from durable 12 oz cotton canvas duckcloth. Both sets of bags are filled with a synthetic corn instead of traditional dried corn feed. Why, you ask? Traditional corn feed breaks down over time, and becomes very dusty. Furthermore, if you get a corn-filled bag wet, it will be rendered useless, and you'll have to get new bags. Our Synthetic Corn fill is a recycled plastic resin that is very similar to PET, the plastic used to make soda bottles. It is very clean, earth friendly, it will not break down over time, and is impervious to moisture. The best thing? If your bags get soiled, just drop them in the washing machine and then in the dryer (on gentle cycles only) and your bags will look good as new.
